Fall Flash 10k Race & 5k Fun Run
Don your most colorful running apparel and join us for a 10K (6.2 mile) race, 5K (3.1 mile) fun run, or 1K kids run through the beautiful fall Palouse countryside. The 10K course covers a loop on paved and gravel roads over rolling hills while the 5K is flat and fast on paved roads.
The 10k is a timed run with winners for men’s and women’s open and master's categories. The 5k is a timed fun run, but there are no winners announced.

Course
Mountain View Park, Moscow, ID
10K: Clockwise loop leaving from Mt. View Park, out Mt. View Road to W. Twin – Herington – Moscow Mt. Road, then reconnecting with Mt. View Road to finish. Look out for the hills on Herington!!
5K: Flat and fast — out and back on 10K course; turn around is at W. Twin Road.
